Through strategic partnerships, the Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department can provide you with an unparalleled multifaceted advertising approach that includes exposure for your business through website, social media, and event exposure! We offer sponsorship packages for our events and athletics at a variety of price points to fit your business's budget, and the flexibility to customize your sponsorship to fit your marketing needs!

How does it work?
Look through the sponsorship information for our special events in the table below. Click on the link next to the special event you would like to sponsor or click this link, to fill out the electronic sponsorship application and upload your logo for the event(s) that you are interested in. Once we have received your application, a staff member will reach out to you and arrange for payment. Sponsorship information and application links will upload as they become available.

St. Patrick's Day CelebrationMarch 15, 2025Multiple LocationsPacked with activities and events the entire family can enjoy, the Yorkville St. Patrick's Day Celebration is the official kick-off to the event season in Yorkville! Join hundreds of Yorkville area residents at the Irish Parade (free to participate in the parade), search the City parks for the pot of gold in the Lucky Leprechaun scavenger hunt, and the Clover Court best-dressed contest! Downtown businesses help make the celebration complete as live music, food & drink specials, and other festive activities are hosted at several of Yorkville’s restaurants and businesses! | |
Margaritas en MayoMay 22, 2025Riverfront Park (131 E Hydraulic Ave) & Downtown YorkvilleThis fun fiesta is full of colors, free family activities, live music & dance performances, and fabulous food and drinks, including – you guessed it – local craft margaritas from participating local businesses! Serving over 3,000 patrons in a 4-hour event, local families pack downtown Yorkville every year for this colorful celebration. Athletic League Sponsorships
Our athletic leagues are thriving! Increasing in popularity year-over-year, The Yorkville Parks and Recreation's Athletic Leagues and Tournaments have been fine-tuned and cultivated to create lasting positive impressions on thousands of families each year.
Athletic league sponsors help us maintain our fields and facilities, and keep sports affordable for young athletes and their families. Athletic league sponsorships provide your business with the potential for positive exposure to thousands of families from not just Yorkville, but the surrounding communities, multiple times per week during practices, games, and tournaments. Select sponsorships include exclusive perks such as naming a field after your business for the athletic year, complete with an individual banner and your business name included on the schedule that is passed out to all registered families!

Before submitting an application for athletics, please take time to thoroughly review the Sponsorship Terms and Conditions to ensure that your business meets the requirements for youth athletic sponsorship through the Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department.
How does it work?
Look through the sponsorship information for our youth athletic leagues in the table below to learn about each league. Sponsorship materials and a PDF application can be viewed here. Sponsors can either fill in page 2 of the Athletics Sponsorship Application and return it to the Sponsorship Team, or fill out the electronic sponsorship application and upload your logo for the sponsorship(s) that you are interested in. Once we have received your application, a staff member will reach out to you and arrange for payment and to take your color preference for jerseys if your sponsorship comes with that option. Sponsorship information and application links will be uploaded as they become available.

Between weekly practices and games, there will be potential exposure to thousands of people in attendance at the fields each week from our In-House leagues alone; plus, additional attendance for Adult Softball, Travel, and any tournaments that may be played on our fields. | |
| Spring Fall Late Fall | Youth Soccer LeaguesApproximately 500 participants per season; preschool – 8th Grade. 3 seasons offered spanning April through November: Spring, Fall, and Late Fall. We traditionally have a high participation from the surrounding areas for this program, including Newark, Montgomery, Sandwich, and Plano. Between games and practices, there is potential exposure to thousands of people weekly. | |

With a variety of advertisement sizes and budget options available, there is an opportunity tailored to suit every need. This is a unique advertising prospect that should not be overlooked. Please be advised that all advertisements must be submitted in full color and as original artwork, as Yorkville Parks and Recreation does not provide ad design services.
