Athletic Leagues
Yorkville Parks and Recreation offers many adult and youth leagues throughout the year. Listed in this section are the leagues that are offered along with contacts for other sport organizations within the community.

League Mission and Philosophy
The Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department strives to provide fun and educational athletic leagues and programs in a safe environment. Although sports are competitive in nature, our goal is to keep the level of play fair amongst all teams. We do not guarantee that any requests made during the registration process are honored.
RainoutLine Game Cancellation and Program Update System
The Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department will share game cancellations and announcements through an online system. You can view the program status online, sign up for text and/or email alerts, or download the mobile app.

Mobile Application
Android and Iphone apps are available. Once downloaded from your phone's app store search "Yorkville Parks and Recreation" and add as your favorite. Once added as a favorite, individual programs can be chosen for updates.

Youth Sports Leagues Calendar
The Youth Sports League Calendar (PDF) is designed to help remind families of league registration dates as well as what leagues are offered throughout the year. For more specific registration and league information, please refer to the catalog listed within the calendar below. If you would like to set up a reminder for yourself go to the "view all" link located below the upcoming registration dates listed below. Once there you will be able to sign up for text or email alerts via the "notify me" option. On the notify me page click on the email or text option next to the "Parks and Recreation Registration Calendar" at the bottom of the page. You can also download the desired registration dates to your smart phone calendar via the "subscribe to ical" option.
Volunteer Coaches
The Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department is always looking for knowledgeable volunteer coaches for the Youth Soccer and Basketball leagues. For more information or to volunteer, please contact Jake Galauner. Volunteers can also complete the Volunteer Form (PDF) and return to Jake Galauner at 201 West Hydraulic Avenue in Yorkville.
Parent Code of Conduct
The Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department asks all parents to follow the outlined parent code of conduct when attending any athletic events held by the Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department. Please contact the Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department with any questions or concerns about the Parent Code of Conduct.
League Refund Policy
All refunds for an athletic league (Adult or Youth) will only receive up to a 75% refund if the cancellation is made before league is scheduled to begin. Refunds will be issued for documented medical excuses and will be prorated according to attendance. No refund will be given for an unforeseen change in instructor or building.
