Payment Plan Information

Payment plans are available for spring athletic leagues which allows families to split their total registration fees into three payments. Payments are charged automatically via a credit card provided during the registration process. The first payment will occur at the time of registration. The second and third(final) payments will occur on February 19th and March 11th for softball and T-Ball through 8th Grade Baseball.  Payment plan participants must register during the scheduled registration period in order to be eligible to participate. All payment plans are subject to the Yorkville Parks and Recreation Automatic Payment agreement (for more information go to www.yorkville.il.us/yprautopaymentagreement. Final payments must be made by the scheduled start date of each league in order to avoid suspension or withdrawal from the program. Please pay close attention to the credit card chosen for automatic payment during the registration process as our system DOES NOT automatically delete old or compromised credit cards. When in doubt choose the "Make 3 payments-New Credit Card" option when choosing your payment arrangement.

With over 900 children in the Preschool through 12th Grade projected to participate within the Spring/Summer and Fall Seasons, this is a great opportunity for businesses to support young baseball and softball players, but also gain consistent , positive exposure within the community! We are offering a variety of sponsorship opportunities that will fit within your marketing and advertising needs as well as your budget. RainoutLine Game Cancellation and Program Update System

The Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department will share game cancellations and announcements through an online system. You can view the program status online, sign up for text and/or email alerts, or download the mobile app.

3. Choose E-Mail & Text alerts on the left side of the page to create an account if you would like to receive text and/or email alerts.

Mobile Application
Android and Iphone apps are available. Once downloaded from your phone’s app store search "Yorkville Parks and Recreation" and add as your favorite. Once added as a favorite, individual programs can be chosen for updates.
