Billing Cycle

Exact bill issue dates and bill due dates slightly vary from year to year dependent on how dates fall. Below is a table of the general calendar year cycle. Bills are for two months of service.
Dates of Service Bill Issued Bill Due 
January 1 - February 28 First week in March April between the 4th and the 6th dependent
on what day of the week the dates fall on.
February 28 - April 30 First week in May June between the 4th and 6th dependent
on what day of the week the dates fall on.
April 30 - June 30 First week in July August between the 4th and the 6th dependent
on what day of the week the dates fall on.
June 30 - August 31 First week in September October between the 4th and 6th dependent 
on what day of the week the dates fall on.
August 31 - October 31 First week in November December between the 4th and the 6th dependent 
on what day of the week the dates fall on.
October 31 - December 31 First week in January February between the 4th and the 6th dependent
on what day of the week the dates fall on.

  • Automatic payment through direct debit by completing and returning this form.

Utility Billing Inserts

On a regular basis, the City will include attach additional information to the utility bill regarding items such as City events and other important notifications. If you pay your utility bill online you will not receive them. Past and current inserts are available on the website by clicking here.
