In an effort to keep all interested parties informed, The United City of Yorkville Community Development Department will be continually posting information on current major development projects and public hearing requests. Projects will be posted when proposed and progress will be updated throughout construction.  Tentative public hearing dates will be posted as soon as possible.

Raintree Village - Unit 4 Final Plat Amendment

CalAtlantic Group, Inc. (a fully owned subsidiary of Lennar Homes), petitioner, has filed an application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, requesting amendment to the Final Plat of Unit 4 in the Raintree Village Development to eliminate the exception to blanket easement (EBE) and replace with fee simple lots for approximately 32 lots consisting of 128 residential town home units. The real property is generally located east of IL Route 47, south of IL Route 71, immediately west of IL Route 126 in Yorkville, Illinois.


Public Hearing Information

Raintree Village - Unit 4 Proposed PUD Amendment

CalAtlantic Group, Inc. (a fully owned subsidiary of Lennar Homes), petitioner, has filed an application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, requesting amendment to the Raintree Village Planned Unit Development Agreement to reduce the minimum side yard setback for Lots 266-282 from ten feet (10’) to six feet (6’) for new construction town homes within the Raintree Village development. The real property is generally located east of IL Route 47, south of IL Route 71, immediately west of IL Route 126 in Yorkville, Illinois.
