Unified Development Ordinance

Beginning in the summer of 2019 the City has worked to update and enhance its zoning and development controls to make them more user friendly, modern, and reflective of our community’s vision for the future as outlined in the 2016 Comprehensive Plan.

Our new UDO brings together all sections of the City Code that are relevant to zoning and development including the, Zoning Code, Landscape Ordinance, Sign Ordinance, Appearance Code, and Subdivision Control Ordinance.
