On a regular basis the City of Yorkville commissions a City Services Survey. The purpose of this survey is to gain a better understanding of the opinions of Yorkville residents on the services we currently provide. Responses are used to recruit new businesses, improve service delivery, and align City Council actions with community needs. Thus far the City has conducted four surveys taking place in 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2017.
One crucial step in utilizing resident responses to improve service delivery is to compile and analyze the results. Findings are made known in a report of results that is presented to City Council and published for residents to review. Below are links to the reports.
