2. START or STOP services

   By completing this form you are requesting a change to a specific service address.  Services include:  water, sewer, and refuse (depending on your address).   

   For a STOP service request a final water read will be taken in order to process a final bill.  Water is NOT shut off when requesting a stop service.   Final bill requests for closings will be emailed to the Attorney.

   For a START service request the information submitted will be use to setup a new account. The first bill will be issued at the next bill cycle.
   
   If you are requesting multiple actions (stopping and starting), please submit one form for each action.
