National Coffee with a Cop - Wednesday, October 3rd

Yorkville Police Officers invite you to Coffee with a Cop on October 3rd. Officers will be at both McDonald's locations and both Dunkin' Donuts locations. McDonald's (3 W. Veterans Parkway) and Dunkin' Donuts (1604 N. Bridge Street) from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and then at McDonald's (2007 S. Bridge Street) and Dunkin' Donuts (1830 S. Bridge Street) from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Come and tell us what is on your mind or just drop by to say hi.

Yorktober Fest - Saturday, October 13th

Conversation with the Council - Saturday, October 13th

Join the City Council for conversation and fun during Yorktoberfest on Saturday, October 13^th from 4pm – 5pm at Riverfront Park. The council members will be near the Biergarten, so feel free to grab a craft beer and chat with the members of the City Council while enjoying the festival. We hope to see you there!

October 15 - 19 Amnesty Week - White Goods/Bulk Items

The week of October 15^th is White Goods/Bulk Items Amnesty Week. Advanced Disposal will conduct 2 white goods/bulk item pick-ups, 1 in the spring and 1 in the fall. Please note that all White Goods/Bulk items must be on the curb by 6 a.m. on your regular garbage day. Only 1 pass will be made. During your normal garbage day, you may place out for collection an unlimited amount of white goods and bulk items for no additional charge. Riverfront Park and Bristol Bay Park - Construction Improvements Update

Construction has begun on storm sewer and parking lot improvements at Riverfront Park and bike path and parking lot improvements at Bristol Bay Park. Work started on Tuesday September 25^th at Riverfront Park. During construction at Riverfront Park, the east end of Hydraulic Avenue will be closed to traffic. Once construction begins at Bristol Bay Park, access through the Go For It Sports driveway will be restricted. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during construction.
