Raintree Park B

Park Snapshot - Raintree Park B

Act like royalty or battle a dragon as you visit Raintree Park B located at 872 Prairie Crossing Drive on the south side of Yorkville in the Raintree development.  This park is home to one of Yorkville’s most popular playgrounds – the castle playground!   This playground is intended for children ages 5-12 and features a draw bridge, king and queen chairs, and a knight’s of the round picnic table underneath a castle themed shelter. There is direct wheel chair access onto the playground structure for children and adults. This park provides several other amenities that can be enjoyed throughout the entire year including, four lighted tennis courts, a baseball field, a small sledding hill, and a paved trail around the park with a workout station that connects to the greater Raintree/Windett Ridge trail system!  This park also includes a permeable parking lot that was built by volunteer high school students.  Show us your little king or queen by posting your pictures on the Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department’s Facebook page and use #YWeLOVEYorkvilleParks!
