You're My Hero: Mother & Son Date Night

Calling all Super Moms and Super Sons! Join the Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department for an action-packed night of music, snacks and mayhem! This is a great chance for mothers and sons to team up for a night of relationship building and crime fighting action! Wear your best super hero costumes to hide your secret identity and come show off your dancing skills during the dance-off (music provided by a professional DJ)! Take photos with fellow super hero, Spider-Man and defeat some super villains during the Villains vs. Super Heroes competition! A small snack and a craft will also be provided. This event is intended for ages 5-12; however, Super Heroes of all ages are welcome! Registration is available online at www.yorkville.il.us/register

St. Patrick's Day Parade - March 14th!

Save the date for the third annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade, which will be held on Saturday, March 14th at Riverfront Park (201 E. Hydraulic Ave, Yorkville) beginning at 11am! Be sure to wear green and show your Irish pride as floats from community businesses and organizations strut down the street. If your business or organization is interested in joining the fun by providing a float in the parade, please e-mail the Recreation Department at recreation@yorkville.il.us.

Kendall County Warming Centers
