City Offices will be closed on Monday, January 18^th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Garbage service will run without interruption.

Did you know that Yorkville has several sledding hills located within our parks throughout town? Don’t miss out on the fun this winter! We encourage you to get out, get moving and enjoy the several sledding hills Yorkville has to offer! Sledding Hills are located at the following parks:

Youth Baseball/Softball Registration Begins January 20th!

Season runs April 19th – July 17th and will adhere to all State of Illinois guidelines.

Youth Spring Soccer League Registration Begins January 27th

Join the Yorkville Parks & Recreation Department for this year’s Spring Soccer League! This league is designed to teach and improve the various skills and knowledge pertaining to the game of soccer in a fun, recreational atmosphere. There will be an 8-game schedule, weather permitting, with a majority of games played on Saturdays. Games will not be made up in the event of a weather cancellation. Games and practices will all be held at the Bristol Bay Regional Park. Players will wear a reversible jersey that can be purchased for $18 at City Hall (800 Game Farm Rd) which can be worn for future years. Registration will be available at https://bit.ly/3bq31WH.
