David Schultz, on behalf of Troy Mertz, is seeking Final Plat of Subdivision approval for Bristol Bay Unit 13. The petitioner is seeking Final Plat approval to subdivide the approximately 25-acre parcel into 69 lots consisting of 68 single-family units and a 3.25-acre park site.
The City of Yorkville does not require a public hearing for this request but it is tentatively scheduled for review by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 and by City Council on Tuesday, April 26, 2022.
