What Does Your Support Do?
By supporting the American Cancer Society Hope Fest event in your community, you can help the American Cancer Society lead the fight for a world without cancer. Hope Fest brings our community together to work toward defeating cancer, celebrating people who have battled cancer, remembering loved ones lost, and taking action for lifesaving change.
The funds raised through Hope Fest will help us to not only honor survivors and remember loved ones, but also provide free services that cancer patients and caregivers rely on every single day. This year’s event will take place at the American Legion Post 489 in Yorkville on Sunday, November 24 with the Chili Chase 5K For A Cure. It’s events like this that helps the American Cancer Society fight cancer on all fronts by investing in groundbreaking research, providing free rides to chemo and places to stay when treatment is far from home, our live 24/7 helpline, and so much more.
