Geographic Information System

A Geographic Information System (GIS) is designed to store, manage, display, and analyze all types of geographic and spatial data. GIS combines database functions with computer mapping to analyze geographic data.  Yorkville's GIS allows residents, business owners, and other interested individuals to gather information on land use, zoning, utilities, district boundaries, and much more within the City's municipal limits.

Property Information Map

This map provides the parcel information for properties within Yorkville.  Data includes PIN number, address, lot area, development, ward, zoning, future land use, sanitary district, and fire district.  Parcels may be searched by PIN number or address.


Utility Map Display

This map provides utility information for properties within Yorkville.  Data Includes location of water main lines and valves, sanitary sewer lines and manholes, and stormwater lines and intakes.
