Public Hearings

The United City of Yorkville holds Public Hearings for the purpose of public comment and review. In addition to including a public hearing notice on its Web site, the United City of Yorkville publishes notices in the Kendall County Record Newspaper and/or the Beacon News. Notices are required to be published within the timeframes as established by City Ordinance. For additional information contact the City Clerk's Office at 553-4350.

The Plan Commission for the United City of Yorkville will open and conduct the following public hearings at the Yorkville Public Library, 902 Game Farm Road, Yorkville, Illinois 60560:

NOTICE IS HEREWITH GIVEN THAT US Cellular, Petitioner, has filed an application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, requesting a Special Use for installation of a new cell tower. The real property consists of approximately 1.89 acres, located immediately north of Route 34, and immediately east of Eldamain Road, Yorkville, Illinois.
