The United City of Yorkville holds Public Hearings for the purpose of public comment and review. In addition to including a public hearing notice on its Web site, the United City of Yorkville publishes notices in the Kendall County Record Newspaper and/or the Beacon News. The Plan Commission for the United City of Yorkville will conduct a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. at the Yorkville City Hall, 800 Game Farm Road.

NOTICE IS HEREWITH GIVEN THAT the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, is proposing to amend Title 10, Chapter 13: Planned Unit Development, of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance to comprehensively revise the method and procedure in which planned unit development (PUD) applications are considered for approval.
