The Yorkville Parks and Recreation Preschool, Child and Youth Programs provide preschool, child and youth recreational programs and services to Yorkville residents. Programs and services are specifically designed and operated to meet the unique needs of Yorkville residents and their families.

Parker's Playtime Preschool

Welcome to the Yorkville Parks & Recreation Department Parker’s Playtime Preschool and Child Development program. The Preschool program is designed for children between the ages of 3-5 years. The program focuses on your child’s overall developmental needs. We provide a stimulating environment through hands- on experiences, to improve creativity, develop a positive self-image, foster language, science and mathematic development and sharpen fine and gross motor skills. Through our Parker’s Playtime Preschool program your child will discover play and sharing while preparing him/her emotionally, socially, physically and intellectually for entrance into public or private school programs.

Tuesday & Thursday              12:30 pm to 2:45 pm

Dates and Times for Four & Five Year Olds (Pre-Kindergarten Group)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday  9:00 am to 11:15 am

Monday, Wednesday, Friday  12:30 pm to 2:45 pm
