Facade Improvements and Historic Preservation

As part of the initiative to control and prevent blight and deterioration within the City, the Facade Program was established to assist business owners with exterior improvement projects to commercial establishments within the City. The City has reimbursed business owners for the cost of eligible exterior improvements for up to 50% of approved contract costs.
