Concrete work and pavement binder course installation is expected to be completed within Phase 3 of the project by November 23rd, barring weather delays. Topsoil placement and seeding within Phase 2 and 3 of the project should be completed by the end of November.

The project will involve the replacement of over 15,000 feet of 8 and 12 inch water main and the resurfacing of the streets within the Countryside subdivision.
The project is expected to start in mid-April and continue through November of this year. It is anticipated that all of the water main work and the installation of the binder course pavement will be completed this year. The final lift of asphalt (surface course) is expected to be installed in the spring of 2017.

Impacts to traffic are expected to be minimal; however daytime lane and roadway closures should be expected.
